If you buy an AAA ticket you have permission to access backstage areas where there will be exclusive chill areas, bars, and bathrooms. AAA tickets are limited.

All the table will be in proximity of the main stage.
ON STAGE FIRST ROW TABLE – for 15 people including ticket entrance, minimum spending € 3.000 ( + max 5 additional people at 100€ each)
ON STAGE SECOND ROW TABLE – for 15 people including ticket entrance, minimum spending € 2.000 ( + max 5 additional people at 100€ each)
ON STAGE THIRD ROW – for 10 people including ticket entrance, minimum spending € 1.500 ( + max 5 additional people at 100€ each)
BACKSTAGE TABLE – for 10 people inlcuding entrance, minimum spending € 1.000 (+ max 5 additional people at 100€ each)
Tickets are not refundable for any reason.
Refund requests for postponement of the event due Covid-19 have already expired
If you purchased a single-day ticket by mistake and want to change it to another day, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com with your purchase receipt.
Each ticket is available until the day of the event.
At the festival there are 4 entries:

2. AAA Tickets (via Dice and Resident Advisor)
3. Gorillas (via the app GORILLAS )
5. Tables (For info and reservation write to firstname.lastname@example.org)
Each ticket holder will be given an electronic wristband at the entrance.
It will be possible to leave the festival and return only with a valid electronic wristband.
The ticket remains valid if you have never asked for a refund.
Please send an email to your ticket provider to ensure that your ticket is active (Dice or Resident Advisor).
If you have purchased the ticket for a single day you can decide on which day of the current edition to activate it.
We have a food court where you can taste local and Apulian delicacies.
All payments are cashless. You can pay only with your electronic wristband

For all lines, it is sufficient to have a ticket “URBAN 1/2 ZONE”.
BUS 73 / (strikethrough) from P.zza S.Babila (terminus) to Linate Airport with destination S. Felicino. After the Airport 5 stop: Novegro.
LINE 930 from Linate Airport (reachable by line 73 from Piazza S. Babila) direction Peschiera Borromeo-San Felicino (after the Airport 5th stop: Novegro).
BUS 38 from Piazzale Susa direction Novegro (the line from Piazzale Susa has a regular route to Centro Saini, continues in via Corelli, along with the Strada Rivoltana in the Municipality of Segrate and the via Novegro (stop) reaching via Grazia Deledda where it ends). The service is active from Monday to Saturday, from its beginning until 20.00;.
Line ATM 923 local public transport: connects from Linate Airport to the railway station S5 / S6 (railway passage) and the hospital San Raffaele passing through the Exhibition Park Novegro. The service, active from 6.00 to 22.00, provides rides with a frequency of 15 minutes at peak times and 30 minutes in the “soft” range.

From Central Station STARFLY bus station to Linate Airport (every 20 minutes).
Then continue by Bus 73/ (strikethrough) to destination S. Felicino. 5th stop: Novegro.
Half-way Trenord railway: lines S5 / S6 stop SEGRATE then follow signs Line ATM 923.

The Novegro exhibition park is located near the airport of Linate, easily reachable from the highway:
From the east ring road (exit n. 6 Linate);
From Venice Motorway A35 towards Milan, Exit Novegro-Tregarezzo;
From Turin Motorway A4 towards Venice, follow the ring road east (exit n. 6 Linate);
From Bologna Motorway A1 towards Milan, follow the ring road east (exit n. 6 Linate).

For the Milan event, there are no transfer service provided by Polifonic.
From May 1, 2022, it is no longer mandatory to show a Green Pass to access businesses and services in Italy. Therefore, free access to local and national public transportation, bars and restaurants, shops, museums, theaters, cinemas, stadiums, gyms, spas, etc. However, a Green Pass is still mandatory to enter Italy from a foreign country.
Capacity, Green Pass, and the use of masks
From the 1st of April, events remain open with a 100% capacity outdoors and indoors.
As required by the Ministry of Health, from 1 May to 15 June, it will be possible to participate in outdoor events, as well as in sporting events and competitions without a green pass.
Italy will no longer require masks to be worn everywhere outdoors. However, the use of the mask in all indoor environments and in all cases of crowded outdoor events is highly recommended.
