The second edition of Polifonic Festival Milano takes place in Milano through three different locations:

What are the ticket types, and what is the difference?
1. GENERAL ADMISSION
Type of ticket that allows entry to the event at any time but does not guarantee a specific or reserved area
2. ALL AREA ACCESS
Type of ticket that allows entry to the event at any time and guarantees access to all the backstage areas (with reserved bar stations and toilet)
Private Entrance
3. EARLY ENTRY
General admission ticket that allows entry to the event ONLY before 9:30 PM and not later
Lower price
Each ticket holder will be given an electronic wristband at the entrance.
Leaving the festival and returning only with a valid electronic wristband will be possible.
Can I change my ticket to a different day?
If you purchased a single-day ticket by mistake and want to change it to another day, email aiuto@dice.fm with your purchase receipt.
What can I do if I have issues with my ticket?

How long can I buy the ticket?
You can buy your ticket online until the starting time of each event. Then you can pay for your entrance at the door only if the event is not sold out.
Is it possible to book a table?
This year there are no tables to book inside the festival.
You can buy the AAA ticket that allows entry to the event at any time and guarantees access to all the backstage areas with reserved bar stations and toilet and private entrance.
Where I can change my ticket with the e-wristband?
You can pick up your e-wristband at the entrance only with your purchased ticket.

TRAVEL
How can I reach the festival?
By Public Transport
For all lines, it is sufficient to have a ticket “URBAN 1/2 ZONE”.
BUS 73: (strikethrough) from P.zza S.Babila (terminus) to Linate Airport with destination S. Felicino. After the Airport 5 stop: Novegro.
LINE 930: from Linate Airport (reachable by line 73 from Piazza S. Babila) direction Peschiera Borromeo-San Felicino (after the Airport 5th stop: Novegro).
BUS 38: from Piazzale Susa direction Novegro (the line from Piazzale Susa has a regular route to Centro Saini, continues in via Corelli, along with the Strada Rivoltana in the Municipality of Segrate and the via Novegro (stop) reaching via Grazia Deledda where it ends). The service is active from Monday to Saturday, from its beginning until 20.00;.
Line ATM 923 local public transport: connects from Linate Airport to the railway station S5 / S6 (railway passage) and the hospital San Raffaele passing through the Exhibition Park Novegro. The service, active from 6.00 to 22.00, provides rides with a frequency of 15 minutes at peak times and 30 minutes in the “soft” range.
By Train
From Central Station STARFLY bus station to Linate Airport (every 20 minutes).
Then continue by Bus 73/ (strikethrough) to destination S. Felicino. 5th stop: Novegro.
Half-way Trenord railway: lines S5 / S6 stop SEGRATE, then follow signs Line ATM 923.
By Car
The Novegro exhibition park is located near the airport of Linate, easily reachable from the highway:
From the east ring road (exit n. 6 Linate);
From Venice Motorway A35 towards Milan, Exit Novegro-Tregarezzo;
From Turin Motorway A4 towards Venice, follow the ring road east (exit n. 6 Linate); From Bologna Motorway A1 towards Milan, follow the ring road east (exit n. 6 Linate).

Is there a transfer service to reach the festival?
Polifonic provides no transfer service.
ON-SITE FACILITIES
How can I pay inside the festival?
Each ticket holder will be given an electronic wristband at the entrance. You can load the money at the authorized checkout.
Where can I eat at the festival?
We have a nice food court where you can taste local delicacies.
All payments are cashless. You can pay only with your electronic wristband. You can load the money at the authorized checkout.
Is there camping at the festival?
No camping inside the venue.
Can I photograph or film at the festival?
Although we appreciate the effort of keeping the memories of our festival on your phone or camera, we would like you to keep your fellow visitors in mind. Make sure the camera is small (press photographers, please send us your accreditation request), and keep your phone or camera away from other people’s line of sight.

POLICY
What is the minimum age at the festival?
The event is accessible only to adults (18+)
What's the policy on (soft-)drugs?
There is an absolute zero-tolerance policy concerning the possession, sale, purchase, or use of hard and soft drugs at the festival site.
Will there be a first aid post at the festival?
During festival hours, we will have a mobile medical team available at the venue. There will also be emergency response teams in the direct vicinity of the festival and a stationary first aid post (easily recognizable near the entrance) at the festival.
We work closely with local authorities and emergency services to ensure a safe and healthy festival experience.
Is the festival accessible to disabled people?
Most of our festival locations are wheelchair accessible.
We have a special entrance, as well as specific toilets.
